Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Jayah Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information.
Our processing time frame takes up to 2-3 business days the most , if we so happened to have a delay on your order , you will get a delay confirmation email , if you have any concerns or questions you can email us or text. It only a one person business , so it may take longer for you to get responds or answer ( If you put shipping address in wrong / or want to change it to a different address you will have till the same day within 30 minutes to change it or you will not be able to, also if you want to hold it at hub or if your address is wrong and it already ships out you will need to contact carrier to see if they can change it for you or email us and we can try to do it but it NO GUARANTEES
Shipping takes at least 5-7 business days or longer depending on carrier. We ship through Fedex, USPS and UPS. ( You cannot pick your carrier , whatever carrier is available is who it will ship through) shipping prices also variety depending on how many items you have and the weight of your package and your states charge for taxes. You can always speed the process up on your package by paying for express shipping at checkout when buying your product
