1. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

We may accept returns only if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, contact us at beautyjayah@gmail.com. If approved, return instructions will be provided. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our end.

EU Customers

EU customers may cancel within 14 days; however, opened cosmetic products are not eligible for return due to hygiene regulations.

2. Shipping Policy

Processing time is 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Jayah Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information.

3. No Liability / Skin Reaction Disclaimer

Jayah Beauty products are made with cosmetic-grade ingredients. However, individual reactions may occur.

By purchasing and using our products, you agree:
